Do I have to host with Galaxy Interactive Inc.

A: You can host your website anywhere you want. We give you free hosting and the monthly fee is for the use of the EMCON console. Emcon is a tool to help you manage & market your website.

Who owns the web site and the files?

A: You own your site along with all your files.

Who owns the data inside the database and can I export the data?

A: You own the data inside the database and you can use the export feature to export your data.

Can I get a backup zip file of my website?

A: We are currently creating an automatic site backup system so you can download all your files to any computer instantly. Currently if you contact our technical department we will back up your site and email it to you in a zip file upon request free of charge.

I am concerned about the software being online instead of in my computer.

A: Have you ever had a computer crash on you so badly that your software and files could not be recovered? It?s very common. The idea for having an online system is accessibility. You can access all your marketing tools, your data base, your email, your website and your stats from any online connection. Our servers have 4 hard drives that are constantly backing up your files so if there is interruption of service your files are protected from being lost.

7. If I have my own site already can I import it into EMCON?

A: We charge a small fee depending on the size but any site will work and we would be happy to place all your web files into the system.

8. What about back ups?

A: EMCON has dual servers with dual hard drives that constantly back up your files, if anything is ever lost you can get it back. The software is constantly being improved and its all done within a test environment before added to the online system. The Servers have backup power supply that will last up to 5 days by diesel engines. So look forward to no downtime.

9. How can you offer Unlimited Pages, Unlimited Databases, and FREE HOSTING.

A: Well the truth is server space is very inexpensive, we charge for our entire system as much as some Hosting Companies do. We just want to give back we are tired of seeing people get taken.
